Share the venue address, guest count, event type and service hours you have in mind. If you are deciding between prints and digital sharing, we can help compare the options.
- We check availability and the setup arrangements before preparing your proposal.
- Review the selected booth, inclusions, service window, fees and payment schedule.
- Pay the agreed retainer to reserve your date. Your proposal and agreement set the payment, cancellation and rescheduling terms.
Bring Your Backdrop, Design & Event Style Together.
Use an invitation, color palette or approved logo as a starting point. Our in-house designers work with you on the photo layout and its review.
- Choose a design reference, then send the names, date, wording and artwork you want included.
- We help coordinate an available backdrop and suitable props for the selected package. Digital Drop Off and Digital Pro have different standard inclusions.
- Review the proof for spelling, dates, logo placement and the photo format. Let us know revisions before you approve the finished design.
A Ready Space Makes The Experience Easier.
Check the setup location with your venue before event day. Keep the booth visible to guests while leaving walkways and exits clear.
- Tell us the available indoor space, nearby power, loading route, parking and venue contact.
- Share stairs or upper/lower-floor access in advance. We do not carry equipment on stairs; allowed locations and elevator access depend on the selected booth.
- Confirm arrival, service start/end and pickup or breakdown with us. Setup and breakdown for attended printing packages take place outside booked photo service hours.

We arrive early as arranged and prepare the designated area. Your chosen experience determines how guests take and receive their photos.
- Attended packages include team support during the booked service. Self-serve Digital Drop Off and Digital Pro use simple screen instructions; we explain the experience during setup.
- Printing packages create take-home keepsakes. Digital sharing and the event gallery give guests another way to enjoy the photos.
- We coordinate pickup or breakdown. Ask about gallery access and sharing preferences before the event, and contact us if you need help afterward.

How do I reserve my date?
Start with your date, venue and preferred service hours. We confirm availability and prepare a proposal. Review the details and pay the agreed retainer to reserve the date.
Can you help me choose a booth?
Yes. Tell us whether you want prints, digital sharing, an interactive experience or a particular portrait style. We help compare the guest experience, support and space requirements.
When do I choose my design and backdrop?
After the reservation, we work through the available design and backdrop options for your package. Share inspiration early, review your proof and approve the final details before the event.
What if my venue or schedule changes?
Contact us as soon as possible. We need to confirm availability, access and any effect on the quoted services. Your agreement explains the terms for changes, cancellation or rescheduling.
Will someone stay with the booth?
Attended experiences include on-site support according to the package. Digital Drop Off and Digital Pro are self-serve experiences; we prepare the setup and explain the screen instructions.
How can I get help after my event?
Contact our team with your name and event date. We can help with gallery access, photo questions or the next steps for your booking.
Why isn’t there one flat price online?
Your booth, service hours, venue access and personal touches shape the experience, so we prepare a quote around your event. All agreed costs are shown upfront. If your plans change, we explain any revised price before you approve it. There are no surprise fees.
