We accept AI, PDF, PSD, EPS and TIFF files for backdrop artwork. Start one to two months ahead when you’d like time to work through the design.

Is the frame included with the backdrop?

Yes. The $600 package includes your custom 8 × 8-foot backdrop and frame. Optional black backing is an additional $150, for a total of $750 with backing.

How early should I reach out?

Please give at least two weeks’ notice. For a backdrop that needs design work, we recommend starting one to two months ahead. Print-ready artwork takes 10–12 days.

Can I send my own design or inspiration?

Yes. Share the designs and references for each piece in the inquiry. We’ll review the artwork and confirm the details before moving forward.

Do I keep my custom backdrop?

Yes. Your personalized pieces are yours to keep after the celebration and enjoy again.
