Your Event Agreement
The proposal and service agreement for your event define the selected experience, date, hours, fees, inclusions, payment schedule and cancellation or rescheduling terms. Please review those documents before paying. A website inquiry, catalogue selection or availability discussion alone does not reserve a date.
Reservations & Changes
We confirm availability and provide a proposal for review. The agreed retainer reserves the event as described in your booking documents. Request changes to the date, venue, timing or services directly; availability and any price adjustments must be confirmed. Consult your signed agreement for cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms rather than assuming a website example applies to your booking.
Venue Access & Safe Setup
Share the setup space, power, loading route and venue rules before booking. Equipment is not carried on stairs. An elevator must be available and permitted for the services that allow upper- or lower-floor setup; Mirror has its own access restrictions. Booth-specific indoor, clearance and setup requirements apply. Tell us promptly if the venue arrangements change.
Personalization & Approval
Supply accurate names, dates, colors and artwork you have permission to use. Review the design proof and request revisions before approval. Available formats, props, backdrops and add-ons depend on the quoted package. Examples show possibilities, not a promise that every pictured item is included.
Photos, Sharing & Creative Experiences
Ask how your event’s gallery and delivery options work before choosing them. Share only images and links you are authorized to share, and respect other guests’ preferences. Digital delivery depends on connectivity and third-party systems. AI results can vary and should be discussed during planning; they are not guaranteed to reproduce a reference exactly.
Using This Website
Use the site and catalogue for legitimate event planning. Do not misuse forms, attempt unauthorized access or present another person’s artwork as your own. Brand, design and photo rights remain with their respective owners; browsing does not grant permission to reproduce them commercially. External catalogues, portals and galleries operate under their providers’ applicable terms.
Messages & Privacy
Our Privacy Policy & SMS Terms describe the event-photo messaging program, consent, frequency, charges, opt-out and support. Choosing text delivery is optional and does not enroll you in unrelated marketing.
